Loft Creative Studios

This agreement is between Loft Creative Studios, hereby to be stated as “Company” and the "Renter" person who is signing this contract.

 
  • In order to confirm and hold a reservation, all rental fees must be paid in full at the time of booking. PLEASE NOTE WE NO LONGER REQUIRE A DAMAGE DEPOSIT TO RENTERS, HOWEVER SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT MEANS THAT YOU AUTHORIZE THE QUE STUDIO, TO CHARGE YOUR CARD FOR ANY DAMAGES, CLEANING FEE, OR OVERAGE CHARGES WITHOUT ADDITIONAL CONSENT.

  • There are no cancellations. Yet the following applies; Rescheduling is allowed only for rentals for 1-2 hrs. (Sessions of 2+ hrs cannot be rescheduled.)

    Rescheduling with 48 hrs+ will be free of cost. Rescheduling within 24 hr notice will have a 65%fee. Rescheduling within less than 24hr notice will have a 75% fee.

    Balance will be applied to rescheduled booking. This doesn't apply to reschedules due to Force Majeur.

    **There are special policies for bookings made on Saturdays —

    Reschedules for Saturdays: a 48 hour notice is required. If less, the full booking will be charged unless discussed and given special permission.

    Renter is granted one reschedule, which must be scheduled within 1 month of the original booking date. Company is not liable for acts out of its control that affect the shoot, such as building equipment failures, power outages, weather, acts of God or emergencies. Company reserves the right to cancel a booking for any reason, refund any payments/deposits, and assume no further liability.

    No shows will be charged full booking fee no exceptions. SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT MEANS THAT YOU AUTHORIZE THE QUE STUDIO, TO CHARGE YOUR CARD ON FILE.

  • Please also note that The Loft Studio facilities are private spaces; however, there are security systems in place that include cameras. Camera contents are never broadcast, shared, or used in any other way than to provide risk management for Loft’s assets, employees, and customers. Your privacy is just as important to us as your safetv and The Loft Studio agrees to this promise of privacy. You and any associates that are with you as the "booking party" are hereby notified of these security systems. Tampering or in any way manipulating security system equipment may result in criminal charges!

    Please consider the following while using The Loft Studio.

    1. Be aware and make your clients aware that for your safety there is 24 hr external and internal surveillance.

    2. If there needs to be any wardrobe change for clients, please be sure to use the available designed space for that,(bathroom).

  • -Representative signing this contract must be present for the entire duration of rental

    -The creation of any EXPLICIT CONTENT is not allowed in Loft Creative Studios.

    -No smoking or vaping is permitted in the studio or building.

    -No alcohol allowed in the studio or the building.

    -Drugs of any kind are NOT permitted in the studio or the building.

    - Candle use is NOT allowed at the studio unless given special permission. Electric candles are okay as well as candles that will not be lit up.

    -Absolutely no food and drink on/around furniture.

    -Children must be supervised at all times, their safety and is fully the responsibility of the renter.

    -No pets allowed unless agreed to terms and conditions.

    -ABSOLUTELY NO GLITTER. THIS INCLUDES HOLIDAY DECORATIONS. IF GLITTER IS USED, AN $150 CLEANING FEE WILL BE INVOICED.

    --If Renter or Party stays more than 5 minutes past their scheduled rental time, this will be considered overtime and will be billed accordingly.

    -Please have guests clean their shoes extremely well before entering the studio. We recommend bringing a change of clean shoes when entering the space. No muddy/dirty/snowy shoes or boots permitted. Please change them at the door to a clean pair.

    -Renter may not sublease the studio to any third party.

  • -No food allowed near furniture

    -Music must be off by 9PM.

    -No smoking or vaping of any kind

  • Family Friendly Policy. The Venue operates its Facility with a Family Friendly conduct policy for its clients and guests at all times, so that at no time may Client, or Client's invitees or guests, engage in any conduct which would be generally or reasonably considered to be inappropriate for minor children, which policy includes but is not limited the prohibition of any boudoir and all nudity or partial nudity, obscene language and obscene gestures within the Facility.

    The creation of any EXPLICIT CONTENT is not allowed in Loft Creative Studios

  • When arriving the studio the main building access will be open as well as elevator access to Studios on the 4th floor. Then you will use your custom access code of 4 digits, which will be sent via email in your confirmation email prior to your rental. Cover the screen with the palm of your hand and press the first two numbers on the touch screen. Follow by entering the code provided to you. This is to gain access into the Studio on the 4th Floor. Please close and lock door behind you.

    Your code will be good for the entirety of your booking. When leaving the studio turn off ALL lights. (unless other sessions still in place)

  • Rental periods are pre-arranged at the time of booking. Renter's rental time begins promptly at the designated starting time and ends promptly at the designated ending time. If renter is more than 20 minutes late from rental start time, the rental date and fee will be forfeited with no refund. Time includes set up and break-down. Studio must be cleaned and vacated by the end of the rental period. No prior drop-off and/or pick-up after completion of shoot, of equipment, props, etc. unless negotiated at time of rental contract. Additional fees may apply. Early hours must be worked out and paid for in advance before rental period begins. Hours may be extended the day of rental only with permission granted by Dayra Esparza. Should the Renter be late in vacating the premises after a 5 minute grace period, a charge of $5 per minute shall apply with no exceptions.

  • Renter agrees to leave the Premises and all contents and fixtures in the same condition and location as they were when Renter arrived. Company will dispose of trash collected in the supplied trash cans. All items brought to the Premises by Renter are to be removed by Renter. Items left after 7 days will be assumed abandoned and may be discarded or kept by the Company for Company use, with no compensation due the renter, at the discretion of the Company. If Renter does not return Premises to the order and cleanliness found when Renter arrived, Company will charge at minimum a $50 cleaning fee.

  • Once arrived to the premises, if anything is broken or you think is in the wrong place, please EMAIL us with a photo to assure you did not brake it and avoid any extra fees for broken/missing equipment.

    If any damage is found in the unit, including but not limited to: floors, walls, windows, furniture, equipment, or theft, and the damage value exceeds the value of the security deposit, renter agrees to pay all damages and will receive an invoice to be paid within 5 business days.

  • Use of Company's Premises and equipment is at Renter's risk. Renter hereby agrees that Company will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damage, injury or loss to Renter, their party or possessions while on the Premises. Renter holds harmless and indemnifies Company and its owners, agents, representatives, associates, officers, employees, guests and tenants against any suit, claim, loss, accident, judgment, fine, injury or damages, including reasonable attorney fees. This indemnification shall continue in full force and effect during and after the term of the rental for such causes arising during the term of the rental. The Loft Studio is not responsible for any theft, injury, or other incidents of Renter or their party during the rental. If Renter or anyone in their party damages anything on premises whether structural, furniture, rental equipment, etc the Renter is responsible to pay for all damages.

  • - Please feel free to use or move any furniture, lighting equipment, or backdrops. 

    - When moving furniture, please LIFT them up and carry them where ever you’re moving them to to prevent scratching on wooden floor. 

    - Drinks, coffee and tea are for you and your clients. Be free to grab any of those!  

    - When leaving, please turn all lights off and lock all doors. 

    - Have fun!!!! 

  • The Renter is fully responsible for educating their party of all rules and expectations stated in this agreement. We ask that you please treat this space with care and respect.
